Exchanges
  • AYTA accepts exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Each order is eligible for one exchange only, subject to product availability.
Item condition
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. All items should be returned in a clean, resalable condition.
Shipping support
  • To support you, AYTA covers one-way shipping for exchanges. In cases of an AYTA error or a manufacturing defect, all shipping costs will be fully covered.
Promotions & Final Sale
  • Items purchased during promotional offers may still be exchanged. Only items clearly marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns & Refunds
  • AYTA currently supports exchanges only. Refunds are not offered unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

I’m unsure about sizing. Can I get help before exchanging?

Of course. Choosing the right fit can take a little guidance, and we’re happy to help. Feel free to reach out anytime before or after placing your order.
What does “clean, resalable condition” mean?

Simply put, the item should look and feel the same as when you first received it - clean, fresh, and unworn.
This means no stains, odors, makeup marks, pet hair, or visible signs of wear.
Will I need to provide photos or videos for an exchange request?

In some cases, we may request clear photos or a short video of the item to help assess its condition before approving an exchange.
This helps keep the process smooth and fair for everyone.
What if my item arrives with an issue?

If something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within3 days of delivery.
We’ll take care of the exchange once the item is returned and make sure all related shipping costs are covered.
Do promotions affect exchange eligibility?

Not at all.
Items purchased during promotional periods can still be exchanged, unless they’re clearly marked as Final Sale.
