Refund policy

AYTA offers a free size exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery, one exchange per order. AYTA covers delivery costs in both directions, and dispatches the replacement the working day after receiving the original piece.

To be eligible, the piece must be unwashed, unworn beyond trying on, with original tags and packaging intact, and free of stains, odour or damage. Every returned piece is checked. Where a piece does not meet these conditions, AYTA provides photographic evidence and the customer may have it returned at their own delivery cost.

AYTA does not offer refunds for change of mind. Each style is produced in limited quantity and every piece is inspected before dispatch.

If a piece arrives defective, or AYTA sends the wrong product, colour or size, contact us within 7 days of delivery. You may choose a replacement at no cost or a full refund. AYTA covers all delivery costs where the error is ours, and processes approved refunds within 3 business days.

Delivery: charged at checkout and shown before payment, with no additional charges on delivery. Complimentary on orders of 1.500.000₫ or more. Estimated 1–3 business days in Ho Chi Minh City, 2–5 business days elsewhere in Vietnam. Cash on delivery available nationwide.
