Care:

We exchange sizes within 7 days of delivery and cover the shipping both ways. One exchange per order.

The piece must come back unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging intact and no signs of wear. Pieces marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Every order is checked by hand before it leaves us.

If a piece arrives faulty, or we sent the wrong one, tell us within 7 days. We replace it and cover the shipping, and refund in full if a replacement is unavailable.
